Make your plans now to attend the 2014 Annual MMLA Lending Conference.  We are excited to hold this event at the iconic Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island!!  

As the largest – and best – MMLA event of the year, we have a great schedule planned.  A mix of social events, cocktail receptions, dinners, breakfasts and wonderful speakers will make this a “MUST” for you to attend.

Registration Fees 
Because Grand Hotel room rates include breakfast and dinner, the convention fees are less for hotel guests

Grand Hotel Guest Attendees -
Include all business sessions, receptions, dinners, breakfasts and optional events.
MMLA members $199 per person
      Non-MMLA Members  $299 per person (includes membership for 1 year)
      Spouses/Guests $179 per person

Off-Site Hotel Attendees
- Include all business sessions, receptions, dinners, breakfast on Tuesday and optional events.
     MMLA Members $399 per person
     Non-MMLA Members  $499 per person (includes membership for 1 year)
     Spouses/Guests $379
per person

You should register on-line using the link above and pay securely with a credit card.  You should also register on-line and choose the "bill me" option to print out an invoice to mail with your check.  Remember - MMLA members MUST sign-in to the website in order to get the member discounted rate.

Sunday, August 10:
   4:00 p.m.  Conference registration and hotel check-in
   4:00 p.m. - 5:30 Lawn Games - Bocci, Croquet and Horse Shoes on the hotel lawn
   6:00 p.m.  Opening Cocktail Party on Grand Front Porch (proper attire required)
   7:00 p.m.  Dinner in the reserved section of the Main Dining Room (proper attire required)
   8:30  p.m.  Downtown Pub Crawl – sponsored by    Take taxis to and from downtown hotspots!

Afternoon is on your own.  We will have some organized tours and trips you can register for or you can just enjoy this beautiful Island on your own, take in a round of golf, go to Ft. Mackinac, rent a bike, go downtown and buy a t-shirt and fudge, or just relax on the spectacular grounds of Grand Hotel!  Discounted t-times are available for you to book on your own - simply call the pro shop and mention you are with the MMLA group. 

Optional group activities:

1-1:45 p.m.  Walking Tour with Joan (Max 30 people per tour) Tour one historic home on the Island with lots of history and stories along the way.  (a second tour at 2-2:45pm, if necessary)
   3-3:45 p.m. Grand Hotel Stables History Talk and Tour

5:30 p.m. President's Cocktail Reception and Sponsor Expo (Proper Attire Required)
This lavish event will be a great way to unwind from a busy day and connect with the exhibitors and fellow attendees.  This is an opportunity to learn what new services are out there for you and your business and meet the people who can help you get started.  There will also be appetizers and bar at this event.

7:00 p.m. President’s Dinner and MORBANPAC Auction (Proper Attire Required)
Enjoy this 5 course dinner as only Grand Hotel can serve.  We will also hold our auction for MORBANPAC, the MMLA's political action fund, at the end of this dinner.   Bring your checkbook and/or credit card and make your purchase, with all money donated to this important auction.
